Policies

Every new client starts with a free 20-minute call. After that, sessions are booked through my scheduling link. Rush sessions for audition deadlines are booked within 24 hours of the request.

Individual clients pay when they book, by Zelle, Apple Cash, Venmo, or Cash App. Packages are paid in full up front. Discount codes are applied at booking. Prices are listed on the site and don't change after you book.

Productions and agencies can pay by invoice. Invoices are due within 30 days (net 30) and can be paid by ACH bank transfer, check, Zelle, Apple Cash, Venmo, or Cash App. A W-9 is available on request. For production work booked more than two weeks out, I may ask for a 50 percent deposit to hold the dates.

Reschedule or cancel for free with at least 24 hours' notice. With less than 24 hours' notice, you can move the session once at no charge. A missed session with no notice isn't refunded. If I have to cancel, you get a full refund or a new time, your choice.

If a session isn't what you needed, tell me within 48 hours and I'll make it right with a free follow-up session or a refund. Unused sessions in a package are refundable within 60 days of purchase.

Anyone under 18 needs written consent from a parent or guardian, and a parent or guardian must be present for every session, in person or virtual.

Your sides, tapes, and personal information stay private. I don't share them, post them, or keep them after our work is done, and I delete them within 30 days. I'll sign an NDA on request. I'll only mention that we worked together with your written permission.

I don't coach actors for a project I'm consulting on. I don't cast, submit, or represent actors, and I don't pay or accept referral fees.

Physical training is matched to your fitness and the role. I'm a nationally certified athletic trainer. Contact drills and high-risk action are not part of coaching. On set, that work belongs to the stunt coordinator.

Sessions are not recorded unless you ask. If you want a recording of a virtual session for practice, I'll send it to you and delete my copy.
